- Ensure timely and adequate delivery of packaging and printed materials to conditioning sites.
- Execute operational tasks in the packaging supply process, interacting with team members, suppliers, and conditioning sites.
- Place orders with suppliers based on production planner needs and organize deliveries to conditioning points.
- Communicate supply information to all stakeholders, including métiers, logistics, and other conditioning locations.
- Contact conditioning sites to confirm delivery feasibility.
- Analyze and monitor discrepancies.
- Maintain stock levels as recommended by the production planner.
- Place and track orders when stock levels are insufficient.
- Prioritize supplier orders in collaboration with the supply manager.
- Monitor central stock consumption and alert the supply manager in case of overconsumption.
- Conduct physical and declarative inventories twice a year.
- Manage inbound and outbound flows, including ERP stock integration and delivery note entry.
- Handle and monitor delivery incidents using dashboards and KPIs.
- Participate in supply process improvement projects as an end-user of specific tool functionalities.
- Support in preparing activity summaries by reporting field dysfunctions.
- Propose improvements in processes, indicators, and tools based on discrepancy analysis.
- Bachelor's degree +5 (junior) or Bachelor's degree +3 with specialization in supply chain/procurement

- Proficiency in ERP systems (M3, SAP)
- Knowledge of planning software (Anaplan, Kinaxis)

Entry-level candidates accepted or experience as a supply planner or stock manager.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
