- Assist in the development of packaging solutions for Hermès Sellier, ensuring alignment with the brand's standards of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Collect and analyze packaging needs from various departments within the maison.
- Propose tailored solutions that meet Hermès' high standards and client experience expectations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure project timelines and commitments are met.
- Create and manage packaging references within the company's information systems.
- Control tooling and development costs.
- Provide necessary information to the supply team for ordering new packaging.
- Ensure consistency and rationalization of packaging across the brand.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply teams to ensure seamless information flow.
- Develop a sustainable packaging improvement plan, focusing on reducing plastic and chemical substances.
- Foster balanced supplier relationships to manage technical and financial dependencies.
- Engage in projects that enhance the eco-responsibility of Hermès' packaging.
- Higher education degree in business or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of the packaging industry.

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) with relevant experience in packaging or related fields.
