1. Assist in the development of packaging solutions for Hermès Sellier, ensuring alignment with the brand's standards of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
2. Collect and analyze packaging needs from various departments within the maison.
3. Propose tailored solutions that meet Hermès' high standards and client experience expectations.
4. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure project timelines and commitments are met.
5. Create and manage packaging references within the company's information systems.
6. Control tooling and development costs.
7. Provide necessary information to the supply team for ordering new packaging.
8. Ensure consistency and rationalization of packaging across the brand.
9. Collaborate with procurement and supply teams to ensure seamless information flow.
10. Develop a sustainable packaging improvement plan, focusing on reducing plastic and chemical substances.
11. Foster balanced supplier relationships to manage technical and financial dependencies.
12. Engage in projects that enhance the eco-responsibility of Hermès' packaging.

1. Higher education degree in business or engineering.
2. Strong knowledge of the packaging industry.
