1. Lead and manage Oracle HCM projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
3. Oversee the implementation and integration of Oracle HCM modules.
4. Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle HCM system.
5. Provide training and support to end-users to optimize system utilization.
6. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

1. Proven experience in managing Oracle HCM projects.
2. Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
3. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

1. Proficiency in Oracle HCM suite.

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM project management or a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
