Hermès Oracle HCM Project Manager

1. Design, develop, implement, and maintain the Oracle HCM system, ensuring quality and consistency with other group systems.
2. Supervise and contribute to the transition of the module to Redwood.
3. Manage the e-learning management system in collaboration with the business team and Docebo.
4. Act as a reference for training topics, assisting in defining needs and drafting specifications.
5. Critically assess existing configurations and their integration with other HR processes.
6. Ensure compliance of implemented solutions with group IT standards.
7. Contribute to operational maintenance and supervise the external TMA team.

1. Higher education degree
2. At least 3 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM solutions
3. Certification in Oracle HCM (e.g., Global Human Resources Cloud)
