- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of stock databases, identifying anomalies and missing flows.
- Update standard cost prices in the ERP system and implement coherence checks.
- Perform necessary adjustments in systems to maintain stock integrity.
- Manage end-of-collection processes, ensuring external stock levels are accurate and coordinating their return to central stock.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to enhance operational control and data reliability related to stock and purchasing management.
- Seek efficiency in tools and automation of frequent reports through the implementation of BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business School or University, preferably at a master's level.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally M3, and BI tools.
- Expertise in Excel.
- Meticulous attention to detail and self-monitoring capabilities.
- Autonomy and proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Keen interest in information systems.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
