- Oversee all back-office operations, including general administration, maintenance, and uniform management.
- Conduct reporting and analysis to ensure accurate information dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive follow-up on all customer service cases.
- Address customer service and aftersales service issues promptly and professionally in coordination with related teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the store and manage document archiving.
- Assist in the implementation and precise utilization of digital tools.
- Monitor overall floor operations and offer support as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal control and health & safety procedures.
- Identify and address system weaknesses within the boutique, proposing improvement plans.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail or 6 years in a multi-tasking, customer-oriented environment.
- Motivated to learn and improve.
- Proactive, self-initiated, and detail-oriented.
- Creative and an effective team player with strong communication skills.
- Flexible with good common sense and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Proficient in computer operations with strong Excel skills.
A minimum of three years in luxury retail or six years in a customer-focused, multi-tasking environment is required.
