- Assist the Operations team in managing the upstream and downstream supply chain.
- Ensure the accuracy of the order portfolio.
- Propose distribution strategies for market offerings.
- Optimize global product shipment plans.
- Develop material procurement plans.
- Analyze production and shipping plans, identifying opportunities and risks for current and upcoming collections.
- Create Power BI reports to enable project managers to monitor activities and manage relationships with partners and suppliers.
- Analyze and diagram supply flows to optimize processes and implement action plans.
- Enhance supplier management tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales forecasting tool.
- Actively participate in product launches, including orders, deliveries, pricing, and packaging.
- Support the deployment of cross-functional and transformational supply projects.
- Assist project managers in project scoping and progress tracking.
- Update project timelines and manage key milestones.
- General engineering degree or business school degree with a specialization in supply chain.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management (Power Query), Power BI (DAX), and an affinity for information systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Pragmatic with strong critical and synthetic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, curious, and eager to learn.
No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in supply chain or related fields is preferred.
General engineering degree or business school degree with a specialization in supply chain.
