- Deliver exceptional and professional after-sales service to a diverse clientele.
- Efficiently manage all repair cases.
- Facilitate seamless communication with the Paris After-Sales Service team, operations team, and sales team.
- Assist in handling and following up on after-sales service cases occurring in-store.
- Produce high-quality, regular reports and analyses.
- Train the sales team to enhance after-sales service knowledge and communication skills.
- Support cashier duties.
- Execute additional operational tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury industry or hotel service sector.
- University degree or higher.
- Strong service orientation.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Competent in office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Strong organizational skills and logical thinking.
A minimum of 2 years in customer service, ideally within the luxury sector or hospitality industry.
University degree or higher.
