Hermès Operations Assistant

- Provide exemplary and professional after-sales service to diverse clientele.
- Effectively manage all repair cases.
- Ensure seamless communication with the Paris After-Sales Service team, operations team, and sales team.
- Assist stores in handling and following up on after-sales service cases.
- Deliver high-quality and regular reports and analyses.
- Train sales teams to enhance after-sales service knowledge and communication skills.
- Support cashier operations.
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of traceable experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury industry or hotel services.
- University degree or higher.
- Strong service orientation.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
- Competence in office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and logical thinking.
A minimum of two years in a customer service position, ideally within the luxury sector or hospitality industry.
University degree or higher.
