Hermès Operations and Stock Management Intern

- Manage the flow of goods, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with all operations conducted on information systems.
- Oversee return and transfer flows, including picking, provisioning, and labeling operations for repairs and transfers to other stores.
- Take responsibility for rotating inventories by mobilizing sales teams.
- Support the sales team during peak periods by facilitating product searches and performing runner and replenishment tasks, especially during the year-end period.
- Conduct 'Store check' tasks in collaboration with department managers.
- Actively participate in store team briefings.
- Collaborate with the Flow and Stock Manager to develop and monitor key dashboards and KPIs related to flow and stock activities.
- Communicate Flow and Stock performance to the entire management and sales team.
- Raise awareness and provide training on the 5S BackOffice and FrontOffice processes.
- Ensure responsibility for the allocation of storage locations and propose improvements in the development and organization of the storage tool.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of current and future systems, addressing IT challenges.
- Participate in operational hygiene projects, including monitoring customer reservations and available orders.
- Collaborate with Transport and Logistics teams to define expected service levels and ensure compliance through quality service indicators.
- Conduct regular 5S audits and propose improvement strategies.
- Perform visual control and monitor stock quality levels.
- Proficiency in computer tools such as Cegid, Excel, and Pivot Tables.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong listening abilities, service orientation, and persuasive communication.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with retail operations is advantageous.
