1. Provide operational support for the Methods Office and Quality department within the Petit h Operations and Production teams.
2. Draft and format product specifications and detailed reviews for suppliers based on information from the technical project manager and industrialization manager.
3. Finalize the redesign of transfer sheets.
4. Standardize measurement tables to communicate consistent information related to the collection, manufacturers, logistics, and commercial department.
5. Create and track purchase orders, including reception and delivery notes.
6. Integrate prototypes into the system and organize the stock of finished prototype products.
7. Draft and format detailed reviews for suppliers with the help of the quality project manager.
8. Monitor physical and digital receptions and shipments.
9. Assist in quality control.

1. Attention to detail, product sensitivity, service orientation, and good interpersonal skills are necessary for this versatile support role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in operations, production, or quality control is preferred.

The position is based in Pantin, France, and offers a limited contract starting as soon as possible, lasting for 3 months.
