Hermès Operational Marketing Assistant Intern

- Monitor sell-out and sell-in performance in France and Belgium using NPD and Nielsen panels for both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels.
- Conduct monthly and ad-hoc market analyses for the Perfumes and Beauty range.
- Develop dashboards and reports for Perfumes and Beauty.
- Track sales forecasts and implement action plans.
- Communicate subsidiary needs to the International Operations team.
- Report to international teams with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Create internal newsletters on product launches.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative competitive intelligence for Perfumes and Beauty.
- Perform field visits and market research.
- Previous successful experience of 6 months in a similar role, preferably in operational marketing or trade marketing.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured thinking approach.
- Aesthetic sensibility and a constant curiosity.
- Ability to manage diverse projects with rigor, organization, and autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IAE, University, or equivalent.
