Hermès Operational Marketing Assistant Internship

Comptoir Nouveau de la Parfumerie, a segment of Hermès, specializes in the creation, production, and distribution of perfumes and beauty products, operating across multiple sites in France and internationally.
- Prepare and coordinate major product launches with the commercial team and sales delegates.
- Adapt and deploy visual merchandising plans for Perfume & Beauty spaces.
- Develop locally adapted marketing tools for Travel Retail.
- Independently execute trade marketing operations across the region.
- Monitor trade marketing plans by retailer and manage the regional budget.
- Create creative briefs in line with merchandising guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and commercial teams.
- Conduct post-operation analysis and reporting.
- Consolidate data and draft quarterly reports on sell-out results, trade and media activations, and training.
- Produce a marketing newsletter focusing on competitive intelligence and best practices.
- Serve as the primary contact for the International Marketing team on product development and launches.
- Construct and monitor the annual and monthly budget for POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
- Track the trade marketing budget and manage purchase orders.
- Previous successful marketing experience of at least 6 months, preferably in fragrance and beauty.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, IAE, university, or equivalent program.
- Organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Autonomous project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a marketing role is required, with a preference for familiarity with the fragrance and beauty sectors.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, IAE, university, or equivalent.
