- Prepare and coordinate major product launches with the sales team and sales delegates.
- Adapt and deploy visual merchandising plans for Perfume & Beauty in retail spaces.
- Develop local marketing tools tailored for Travel Retail.
- Execute trade marketing operations independently across the region.
- Monitor trade marketing plans by retailer and manage the regional budget.
- Create creative briefs aligned with merchandising guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and sales teams.
- Conduct evaluations and quantitative analyses of trade operations.
- Consolidate data and draft quarterly reports (sell-out results, trade and media activations, training).
- Produce a marketing newsletter including competitive intelligence and best practices.
- Act as the main contact for the International Marketing team on product development and launches.
- Construct and monitor the annual and monthly budget for POSM (PLV, GWP, samples) in the region.
- Track the trade marketing budget (purchase orders).
- First successful experience of 6 months in a marketing role.
- Knowledge of perfume and beauty is a plus.
- Currently studying at a business school, IAE, university, or equivalent.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Teamwork-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and adapt to various stakeholders.
- Autonomous project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 6 months in a marketing role.
Currently enrolled in a business school, IAE, university, or equivalent.
