1. Prepare and organize medical examinations and manage follow-up in collaboration with the HR team.
2. Monitor medical restrictions and inaptitudes, particularly in relation to work positions.
3. Conduct simple biological sampling and analyses related to identified workplace risks.
4. Perform additional examinations if necessary, such as ECG, audiometry, vision tests, and assist in respiratory functional exploration.
5. Conduct nurse interviews under the protocol established by the occupational health physician.
6. Monitor employees with adaptation difficulties at their workstations.
7. Conduct first-level ergonomic analyses, including job and profile assessments.
8. Advise on personal protective equipment.
9. Participate in the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT).
10. Conduct epidemiological investigations.
11. Organize emergency care, first aid, and survival actions in distress situations, including care for injured employees in case of workplace accidents.
12. Provide nursing care on medical prescription from the occupational health physician.
13. Administer vaccinations related to occupational health.
14. Collaborate in the development and monitoring of emergency protocols.
15. Manage medical service equipment, pharmacy, first aid stations, and waste disposal.
16. Welcome, listen to, and advise employees at the medical service.
17. Provide individual health education.
18. Support employment retention through monitoring individual pathologies, pregnant employees, and workers with disabilities.
19. Assist in the recognition of disabled worker status and workplace adjustments in collaboration with headquarters teams and occupational health services.
20. Maintain records of minor accidents, workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and medical visits.
21. Utilize specific occupational health software.
22. Prepare an annual nursing activity report.
23. Participate in the evaluation of occupational risks in collaboration with the HSE manager and CSSCT.
24. Analyze workplace accidents and implement corrective actions.
25. Provide occupational health education, offering individual and collective information on risks and protection measures.
26. Collaborate on collective occupational health issues, such as ergonomics, TMS prevention, and psychosocial risks.
27. Lead awareness and prevention campaigns on occupational or public health topics, such as noise, dietary and sleep hygiene, smoking, addictions, and cardiovascular prevention.

1. Holder of a State Diploma in Nursing with a specialization in Occupational Health.
