Hermès Occupational Health Nurse

- Prepare and organize medical examinations and manage follow-up in collaboration with the HR team.
- Monitor medical restrictions and inaptitudes, particularly in relation to work positions.
- Conduct simple biological sampling and analyses related to identified workplace risks.
- Perform additional examinations if necessary, such as ECG, audiometry, vision tests, and assist in respiratory functional exploration.
- Conduct nurse interviews under the protocol established by the occupational health physician.
- Monitor employees with adaptation difficulties at their workstations.
- Conduct first-level ergonomic analyses, including job and profile assessments.
- Advise on personal protective equipment.
- Participate in the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT).
- Conduct epidemiological investigations.
- Organize emergency care, first aid, and survival actions in distress situations, including care for injured employees in case of workplace accidents.
- Provide nursing care on medical prescription from the occupational health physician.
- Administer vaccinations related to occupational health.
- Collaborate in the development and monitoring of emergency protocols.
- Manage medical service equipment, pharmacy, first aid stations, and waste disposal.
- Welcome, listen to, and advise employees at the medical service.
- Provide individual health education.
- Support employment retention through monitoring individual pathologies, pregnant employees, and workers with disabilities.
- Assist in the recognition of disabled worker status and workplace adjustments in collaboration with headquarters teams and occupational health services.
- Maintain records of minor accidents, workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and medical visits.
- Utilize specific occupational health software.
- Prepare an annual nursing activity report.
- Participate in the evaluation of occupational risks in collaboration with the HSE manager and CSSCT.
- Analyze workplace accidents and implement corrective actions.
- Provide occupational health education, offering individual and collective information on risks and protection measures.
- Collaborate on collective occupational health issues, such as ergonomics, TMS prevention, and psychosocial risks.
- Lead awareness and prevention campaigns on occupational or public health topics, such as noise, dietary and sleep hygiene, smoking, addictions, and cardiovascular prevention.
- Holder of a State Diploma in Nursing with a specialization in Occupational Health.
- Meticulous and pedagogical approach.
- Strong listening skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
A successful initial experience in a corporate environment is required.
