- Ensure the atelier's production meets quality standards and delivery timelines, implementing concrete actions for improvement.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Support workshop managers and group leaders in enhancing productivity and quality.
- Analyze and define product manufacturing processes in collaboration with workshop and production teams.
- Identify and formalize optimal production methods and sequences.
- Ensure adherence to the Maison's quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Propose and implement actions to improve productivity while maintaining impeccable quality.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and suggest improvements without compromising quality.
- Define and adjust standard production times as necessary.
- Calculate manufacturing costs during collection periods.
- Provide technical support to confection teams.
- Assist workshops in industrialization and implementation of autonomous groups.
- Support the training of artisans in new methods and techniques with group leaders.
- Monitor team competencies and manage the workshop skills matrix.
- Stay informed about technical advancements and new technologies to enhance work methods.
- Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac +5) with a specialization in textiles, industrial production, or production methods.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the ready-to-wear sector.
- Knowledge of Lean processes or continuous improvement is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of textile production processes.
- Analytical skills and ability to solve operational challenges.
- Strong project management and inter-departmental collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with diverse teams.
- Results-oriented and capable of working autonomously.
- Product sense and knowledge of technical materials.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the ready-to-wear industry.
Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac +5) with a specialization in textiles, industrial production, or production methods.
