- Take responsibility for Jewelry & Fashion Accessories métiers.
- Manage routine merchandise, stock, and conduct sales analysis/reports.
- Provide regular store visit support on stock and product knowledge.
- Serve as a communication window with Paris métier regarding market trends and product performance.
- Attend Paris podium buying trips for responsible métiers, collaborating with the planning team on OTB and business forecasts.
- Manage Jewelry & Fashion Accessories projects, such as High Jewelry events and related in-store animations.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Degree holder or above in marketing or fashion management.
- Strong analytical ability with fashion sense and jewelry knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; French is a plus.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
Minimum 3 years of buying/merchandising experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury background.
Degree holder or above in marketing or fashion management.
The position is based in Shanghai at Hermès China, reflecting a dynamic and international work environment.
