Hermès Media and Omnichannel Manager

- Define and implement the 360° Paid Media strategy for France across various channels including Display, Press, Digital, and Cinema.
- Develop and oversee local media campaigns in France, particularly for events.
- Manage the Paid Media agency (Havas) and oversee dedicated teams, budgets, and strategic planning.
- Support the creative agency in post-production processes.
- Monitor performance and KPIs of deployed campaigns.
- Represent Hermès externally to media agencies.
- Oversee operational deployment of campaigns, including asset printing and delivery.
- Coordinate with technical agencies, especially digital.
- Collaborate with central Hermès International teams to share guidelines and best practices.
- Support the European and global Paid Media strategy for La Montre Hermès.
- Assist the Perfume division with Beauty and Fragrance launches.
- Aid the Foundation teams in redefining their Media strategy.
- Monitor online and offline channels with an omnichannel approach.
- Manage the Press budget for Hermès International.
- Oversee 'Le Monde d’Hermès' for France, including mailing and targeting with CRM.
- Manage client emailings and validate content.
- Act as the RSE reference for the subsidiary and conduct carbon audits with external agencies.
- Master's degree in Communication from a prestigious institution or equivalent (business school, university).
- Minimum of 6 years of successful professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
- Digital sensitivity and experience.
- Team spirit, open-mindedness, and service orientation.
- Organizational skills and rigor, with a knack for negotiation.
A minimum of six years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Master's degree in Communication or equivalent from a reputable institution.
