1. Manage the procurement of jewelry materials, including fine and precious stones.
2. Ensure the reliability of deliveries and maintain meticulous tracking of components.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams such as purchasing, planning, quality, development, and finished product workshops.
4. Initiate and schedule firm orders based on production plans and business priorities.
5. Monitor order books weekly and monthly, addressing any disruptions or delays with corrective measures and communication.
6. Handle requests for additional materials, replacements, or damaged stones.
7. Receive and manage stock from partners in the ERP system.
8. Formalize existing service procedures and processes.
9. Contribute to the implementation of new processes, such as tracking stone breakage in workshops.

1. Higher education degree in supply chain management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in component procurement.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Minimum of 1 year in component procurement.
