- Manage the procurement of jewelry materials, including fine and precious stones.
- Ensure the reliability of deliveries and maintain meticulous tracking of components.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams such as purchasing, planning, quality, development, and finished product workshops.
- Initiate and schedule firm orders based on production plans and business priorities.
- Monitor order books weekly and monthly, addressing any disruptions or delays with corrective measures and communication.
- Handle requests for additional materials, replacements, or damaged stones.
- Receive and manage stock from partners in the ERP system.
- Formalize existing service procedures and processes.
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes, such as tracking stone breakage in workshops.
- Higher education degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in component procurement.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and agility.
- Proactive, tenacious, and solution-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Team player with excellent collaborative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
