- Collaborate with store management and sales associates to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available for tailoring tasks.
- Provide expert advice to clients on garment fit and alterations, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Document and track all tailoring requests and completed work to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in luxury garment tailoring, preferably within a high-end fashion house.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric properties.
- Ability to work with a variety of fabrics, including delicate and high-value materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in tailoring.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in using tailoring tools and equipment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in tailoring, with a focus on luxury fashion.
Formal training in tailoring or fashion design is preferred.
