Marketing Operations Assistant Intern

1. Regularly compile and synthesize marketing plans for the region.
2. Support local marketing teams in implementing trade marketing operations.
3. Monitor the performance of trade marketing operations and animations.
4. Develop and track marketing tools with a fresh and critical perspective.
5. Coordinate global market feedback on projects with the marketing manager.
6. Conduct competitive intelligence on new launches and trade tools.
7. Perform monthly analysis and reporting of panel results.
8. Organize marketing events and manage logistical aspects.
9. Handle administrative tasks such as invoice tracking and order preparations.

1. Student in Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
2. First successful 6-month experience in a similar role is appreciated.

1. Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
2. Aesthetic sensitivity and curiosity.
3. Ability to manage diverse projects with rigor, organization, and autonomy.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

A first successful 6-month experience in a similar role is appreciated.

Student in Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
