Hermès International Operational Marketing Assistant Intern

- Compile and regularly update marketing plans for designated regions, ensuring comprehensive synthesis.
- Support local marketing teams in implementing trade marketing operations, including promotional activities and merchandising recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing operations and activations, identifying key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain marketing tools, providing fresh insights and 360° presentations for new launches.
- Coordinate global market feedback on projects, collaborating with the marketing manager to analyze and recommend portfolio developments.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to stay informed about new launches and trade tools.
- Perform monthly analysis and reporting, synthesizing and communicating panel results.
- Organize marketing events, managing logistical aspects such as tax-free meetings and creative gatherings.
- Handle administrative tasks, including invoice management and preparation for financial closures.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent program.
- Previous successful internship experience, ideally in a similar role, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured thought process and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Proven ability to manage diverse projects with rigor, organization, and autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability to work with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant internship experience is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
