Hermès Marketing Intern

- Assist with requests from the Retail team for stores and from external merchandising agencies, including visual merchandising, POS materials, testers, samples, animations, and VM advice.
- Conduct monthly store visits to ensure proper implementation of VM guidelines and share competitive best practices.
- Prepare visual rollout plans for supplier printing and installation.
- Adapt VM guidelines for the local market for new launches and key commercial periods.
- Monitor e-retailers’ websites bi-weekly, reviewing stock, brand spaces, product pages, and assets.
- Conduct online benchmarking during key trading periods and new product launches across competitor brands.
- Share content and assets with retailers for upcoming launches.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
- Perform regular market analysis and research on competitor brands.
- Support the marketing team in key meetings with presentations and setup.
- Assist the marketing team with ad hoc daily administrative tasks.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to learn with professional drive.
- Solid understanding of various marketing techniques.
- Ability to multitask with a proactive approach.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Genuine passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in the luxury Perfume and Beauty sector is essential.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
