- Maintain all equipment in optimal condition through periodic preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Conduct maintenance interventions in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical domains, adhering to safety protocols and production constraints.
- Engage with automated systems and operate machinery such as lifts and forklifts.
- Assist in planning and optimizing preventive maintenance schedules under supervision.
- Address technical building installations, including tertiary electrical distribution and water distribution networks.
- Contribute to reducing machine downtime and advancing site development.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of existing equipment and the implementation of new equipment.
- Occasionally perform minor building maintenance and management tasks.
- Diploma equivalent to BAC+2 in industrial equipment maintenance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar industrial role.
- Strong knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Recommended knowledge in plumbing, IT, CAD, and industrial automation.
- Ability to analyze malfunctions and propose diagnostics.
- Proactive in process improvement, equipment modification, and energy saving.
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to work independently or in a team on varied tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical mindset.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar industrial maintenance role is required.
Diploma equivalent to BAC+2 in industrial equipment maintenance.
