1. Ensure the maintenance of mechanized tools at the site, collaborating with the maintenance director and other technicians.
2. Develop and implement strategies to anticipate and prevent incidents.
3. Conduct corrective maintenance to address machine intervention requests, ensuring service levels.
4. Perform preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime through meticulous management.
5. Identify and manage service providers for curative and preventive maintenance.
6. Provide backup support to the team and work collaboratively.
7. Manage the supply of consumables.
8. Record and track maintenance interventions.
9. Optimize the scheduling of preventive interventions.
10. Utilize the CMMS tool for maintenance tracking.
11. Ensure machine safety in collaboration with key stakeholders (HSE, CSSCT, teams).
12. Ensure machine ergonomics in collaboration with key stakeholders (IST, CSSCT, teams).

1. Minimum Bac+2 level in maintenance-related fields.
2. Significant experience in mechanical maintenance demonstrating responsibility, enthusiasm, and initiative.

1. Autonomous in managing service providers.
2. Meticulous in understanding and intervening in mechanical systems and leading projects.
3. Curious with a strong affinity for fieldwork and excellent service and interpersonal skills.
4. Proactive in proposing improvements for production, quality, ergonomics, and safety.
5. Proficient in using and understanding IT tools such as email, Excel, and CMMS.

Significant experience in mechanical maintenance, showcasing responsibility and initiative.

Minimum Bac+2 level in maintenance-related fields.
