Hermès Maintenance Technician

- Ensure the maintenance of mechanized tools at the site, collaborating with the maintenance director and other technicians.
- Develop and implement strategies to anticipate and prevent incidents.
- Conduct corrective maintenance to address machine intervention requests, ensuring service levels.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime through meticulous management.
- Identify and manage service providers for curative and preventive maintenance.
- Provide backup support to the team and work collaboratively.
- Manage the supply of consumables.
- Record and track maintenance interventions.
- Optimize the scheduling of preventive interventions.
- Utilize the CMMS tool for maintenance tracking.
- Ensure machine safety in collaboration with key stakeholders (HSE, CSSCT, teams).
- Ensure machine ergonomics in collaboration with key stakeholders (IST, CSSCT, teams).
- Minimum Bac+2 level in maintenance-related fields.
- Significant experience in mechanical maintenance demonstrating responsibility, enthusiasm, and initiative.
- Autonomous in managing service providers.
- Meticulous in understanding and intervening in mechanical systems and leading projects.
- Curious with a strong affinity for fieldwork and excellent service and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in proposing improvements for production, quality, ergonomics, and safety.
- Proficient in using and understanding IT tools such as email, Excel, and CMMS.
Significant experience in mechanical maintenance, showcasing responsibility and initiative.
Minimum Bac+2 level in maintenance-related fields.
