1. Oversee the execution of multi-technical maintenance contracts across provincial sites, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses.
2. Organize and lead monthly meetings with regional maintenance providers and Hermès maintenance managers.
3. Conduct quarterly follow-up meetings in regions to support the smooth execution of maintenance contracts.
4. Produce meeting reports and track action items decided during sessions.
5. Conduct annual evaluations of multi-technical suppliers in accordance with DETS/DMI procedures.
6. Lead the deployment phase of new multi-technical maintenance solutions, ensuring adherence to the established timeline.
7. Participate in the management of tenders for implementing multi-technical maintenance solutions, including candidate sourcing, site assessments, and offer analysis.
8. Engage in construction projects as a technical reference for Hermès, overseeing technical lots such as HVAC, access control, and energy metering.
9. Promote energy-saving policies across buildings using tools like DEEPKI.
10. Serve as a technical liaison for various Hermès stakeholders within the Infrastructure Maintenance Division.
11. Collaborate with the DETS management service on budget-related inquiries.
12. Integrate new sites into the CMMS, defining input data such as geographical hierarchy and maintenance ranges.

1. Technical education at Bac Pro / BTS / IUT / Engineer level.
2. 10-15 years of experience in maintenance contract execution, preferably as a Project Manager on the service provider side.
3. Experience in HVAC companies, ideally starting as a technician and advancing to Project Manager.
4. Experience in renewable energies such as geothermal or solar is advantageous but not required.
5. Proficiency in one or more foreign languages (English, Italian, Portuguese) is a plus.
