Logistics Support Specialist

1. Manage and resolve daily logistics incidents
2. Collaborate with operational teams
3. Assist in monitoring key performance indicators such as Backlog and SLA
4. Analyze weekly closed tickets by the Support team
5. Streamline Support activities and maintain procedures
6. Implement and monitor Problem Management
7. Develop a knowledge base
8. Train and support Logistics Support team members
9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, Project, and Logistics teams
10. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and demonstrate pedagogical skills

1. At least 2 years of experience in a support team or TMA within Logistics or Supply Chain
2. Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a complex environment
3. Service-oriented with a fieldwork interest
4. Dynamic and highly curious
5. Strong communication skills and pedagogical ability
6. Recognized for listening, adaptability, and support skills
7. Ability to have a comprehensive view of topics
8. Knowledge of WMS Manhattan is a plus

At least 2 years of experience in a support team or TMA within Logistics or Supply Chain.
