Hermès Logistics Support Specialist

- Address and resolve daily logistical incidents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams.
- Assist the Logistics Support Manager in monitoring key performance indicators such as Backlog and SLA.
- Conduct weekly analysis of closed support tickets.
- Streamline support activities and maintain operational procedures.
- Implement and monitor Problem Management processes.
- Develop a knowledge base to enhance team competencies.
- Train and support Logistics Support team members.
- Engage with various internal and external stakeholders, including IT, project teams, and logistics operations.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, demonstrating pedagogical skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support team or TMA within logistics or supply chain.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a complex environment.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for fieldwork.
- Dynamic and highly curious personality.
- Effective communication skills with a pedagogical approach.
- Recognized for listening, adaptability, and support capabilities.
- Ability to maintain a broad perspective on issues.
- Familiarity with Manhattan WMS is advantageous.
