- Oversee interactions between the logistics provider and European warehouse clients, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Hermès France teams to harmonize logistics strategies and maximize synergies.
- Lead the deployment of a new logistics structure in Europe, including the launch of new logistics flows from a new warehouse for 11 countries and 34 stores.
- Manage the logistics support team, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues related to store logistics.
- Define and organize transport logistics, including special requests and secure transport arrangements.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for warehouse operations in collaboration with subsidiaries.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 8 years of experience in logistics and/or customer service, preferably in a high-value retail environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in communication, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in analytical tools, including Excel; familiarity with CEGID is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
A minimum of 8 years in logistics and/or customer service, ideally within a high-value retail context.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
