Hermès Logistics Quality Engineer Intern

- Ensure the quality of finished products in collaboration with quality referees.
- Maintain consistent and homogeneous quality control standards.
- Ensure proper application of 'customer eye' quality criteria by all controllers.
- Organize regular sharing sessions on activity tracking with departments and after-sales service.
- Support the arbitration of products put on hold by quality controllers.
- Audit and develop logistics quality across all flows, including quality control, packaging, and best practices in storage and order preparation.
- Create training and operational support content (PowerPoint, videos, newsletters).
- Conduct quantitative analyses to consolidate quality data.
- Manage and integrate sampling rates into systems.
- Develop a decision-support tool for sampling rate calculations and data history.
- Share and disseminate information on internal platforms.
- Contribute to the internal training program (Hyperion).
- Support the integration of new departments into logistics quality management.
- Participate in continuous improvement of tools and processes.
- Challenge existing processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Logistics.
- Previous internship experience highlighting organizational skills, autonomy, and adaptability to change.
- Strong product sensitivity.
- Teamwork and fieldwork aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Constructive and positive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access). Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
Previous internship experience in a corporate environment is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering, specializing in Logistics.
