- Lead end-to-end management of logistics transformation projects.
- Coordinate activity transfers and deployment of new physical and IT flows.
- Implement mechanization solutions and technological innovations, such as Goods-To-Person systems.
- Establish new information systems and ensure comprehensive traceability.
- Engage with operational teams, IT departments, indirect procurement, mechanization suppliers, and consulting firms.
- Conduct project studies, define targets, and manage related investments.
- Frame project topics, build and lead project teams.
- Oversee sourcing, drafting specifications, tender processes, negotiation, and contractualization.
- Monitor project timelines, progress, and governance structures.
- Facilitate workshops and drive change management.
- Manage project initiation and budget tracking, including ROI calculations.
- Engineering degree in logistics/supply chain management.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Autonomy, rigor, and a passion for fieldwork.
- Proficiency in procurement and project management.
- Familiarity with information systems (WMS/WCS and ERP).
- Advanced Excel and analytical tool proficiency.
- Dynamic, curious, with strong listening, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
- Sensitivity to sustainable development issues.
- Ability to tailor communication to diverse stakeholders (executives, directors, managers, operators).
Minimum of 5 years in a similar Project Manager role, with consulting experience being a significant advantage.
Engineering degree in logistics/supply chain management.
