1. Lead end-to-end management of logistics transformation projects.
2. Coordinate activity transfers and deployment of new physical and IT flows.
3. Implement mechanization solutions and technological innovations, such as Goods-To-Person systems.
4. Establish new information systems and ensure comprehensive traceability.
5. Engage with operational teams, IT departments, indirect procurement, mechanization suppliers, and consulting firms.
6. Conduct project studies, define targets, and manage related investments.
7. Frame project topics, build and lead project teams.
8. Oversee sourcing, drafting specifications, tender processes, negotiation, and contractualization.
9. Monitor project timelines, progress, and governance structures.
10. Facilitate workshops and drive change management.
11. Manage project initiation and budget tracking, including ROI calculations.

1. Engineering degree in logistics/supply chain management.

1. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
2. Autonomy, rigor, and a passion for fieldwork.
3. Proficiency in procurement and project management.
4. Familiarity with information systems (WMS/WCS and ERP).
5. Advanced Excel and analytical tool proficiency.
6. Dynamic, curious, with strong listening, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
7. Sensitivity to sustainable development issues.
8. Ability to tailor communication to diverse stakeholders (executives, directors, managers, operators).

Minimum of 5 years in a similar Project Manager role, with consulting experience being a significant advantage.

Engineering degree in logistics/supply chain management.
