1. Manage end-to-end logistics transformation projects.
2. Implement activity transfers and new physical and IT flows.
3. Introduce mechanization solutions and technological innovations.
4. Deploy new information systems.
5. Ensure end-to-end traceability.
6. Conduct studies and define project targets and investments.
7. Frame topics, build and lead project teams.
8. Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to deployment.
9. Manage project timelines and governance.
10. Organize and lead workshops.
11. Drive change management and project launches.
12. Monitor budgets and calculate ROI.

1. Engineering degree in logistics/supply chain.

1. Analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Autonomy, rigor, and field-oriented.
3. Expertise in procurement and project management.
4. Interest in information systems (WMS/WCS and ERP).
5. Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
6. Dynamic, curious, with strong listening and decision-making abilities.
7. Sensitivity to sustainable development issues.
8. Ability to adapt communication based on the audience (executives, directors, managers, operators).

Minimum 5 years in a similar Project Manager role. Experience in consulting is a significant advantage.

Engineering degree in logistics/supply chain.
