1. Manage and execute logistics projects to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and introduce innovative solutions.
3. Ensure alignment with Hermès’ global standards while adapting processes to regional market needs.
4. Lead local logistics projects, including regular 3PL bidding and the implementation of new services.
5. Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and align with operational excellence standards.
6. Contribute to global supply chain projects such as SAP and WMS core model transformations.
7. Monitor and adopt the latest logistics technologies and trends to innovate and improve regional operations.
8. Track and monitor the environmental footprint of logistics operations, including LDC and transportation activities.
9. Implement and optimize green logistics processes to reduce emissions and improve sustainability metrics.
10. Research and support recycling initiatives to promote circularity within the supply chain.

1. Strong experience in Supply Chain and Logistics (5 to 7 years minimum).
2. Experience in a consulting firm specialized in operations is a plus.
3. Experience in the Middle East and knowledge of the regional logistics landscape is a plus.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain and logistics is required. Experience in consulting and familiarity with the Middle Eastern logistics landscape is advantageous.
