Hermès Logistics Project Manager

- Manage and execute logistics projects to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and introduce innovative solutions.
- Ensure alignment with Hermès’ global standards while adapting processes to regional market needs.
- Lead local logistics projects, including regular 3PL bidding and the implementation of new services.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and align with operational excellence standards.
- Contribute to global supply chain projects such as SAP and WMS core model transformations.
- Monitor and adopt the latest logistics technologies and trends to innovate and improve regional operations.
- Track and monitor the environmental footprint of logistics operations, including LDC and transportation activities.
- Implement and optimize green logistics processes to reduce emissions and improve sustainability metrics.
- Research and support recycling initiatives to promote circularity within the supply chain.
- Strong experience in Supply Chain and Logistics (5 to 7 years minimum).
- Experience in a consulting firm specialized in operations is a plus.
- Experience in the Middle East and knowledge of the regional logistics landscape is a plus.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain and logistics is required. Experience in consulting and familiarity with the Middle Eastern logistics landscape is advantageous.
