Hermès Logistics Project Intern

- Assist in managing the forecast of preparation workload for logistics providers, intervening with production sites to adjust demands as necessary.
- Oversee and verify specific requests from production sites, including manual entry of site needs.
- Monitor daily order portfolios from preparation to delivery, alerting on potential delays.
- Supervise truck saturation in collaboration with logistics providers and manage the timely and cost-effective dispatch of remaining goods.
- Resolve interface anomalies between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Manage leather delivery anomalies, following up on corrections made by providers after site complaints.
- Optimize the distribution of certain materials through push flow management.
- Ensure the availability of downgraded materials for production training needs, including analysis, reclassification, and anticipation of shortages.
- Enrollment in an engineering school, open to 4th-year engineering students.
- Strong interest in operational and fieldwork.
- Curiosity, rigor, autonomy, observational skills, and initiative-taking.
- Customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and investigative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of ERP and/or WMS is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in logistics and supply chain operations is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering.
