1. Assist in managing the forecast of preparation workload for logistics providers, intervening with production sites to adjust demands as necessary.
2. Oversee and verify specific requests from production sites, including manual entry of site needs.
3. Monitor daily order portfolios from preparation to delivery, alerting on potential delays.
4. Supervise truck saturation in collaboration with logistics providers and manage the timely and cost-effective dispatch of remaining goods.
5. Resolve interface anomalies between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
6. Manage leather delivery anomalies, following up on corrections made by providers after site complaints.
7. Optimize the distribution of certain materials through push flow management.
8. Ensure the availability of downgraded materials for production training needs, including analysis, reclassification, and anticipation of shortages.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school, open to 4th-year engineering students.

1. Strong interest in operational and fieldwork.
2. Curiosity, rigor, autonomy, observational skills, and initiative-taking.
3. Customer service orientation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-solving and investigative abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerBI.
7. Knowledge of ERP and/or WMS is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in logistics and supply chain operations is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering.
