HermèsLogistics Partner Coordinator

- Manage the activity and performance of logistics partners according to inventory levels and KPIs.
- Coordinate and monitor logistics flows.
- Serve as a support and interface between partners and various internal clients.
- Respond to requests from Hermès Commercial services and Supply Chain métiers.
- Monitor and analyze daily operational reports.
- Update delivery forecasts across the entire scope.
- Handle anomalies by either directing them to the appropriate internal contacts for resolution or resolving them directly if necessary.
- Provide regular reporting of activities to the director, including various management indicators.
- Optimize physical and IT flows through action plans and manage the Logistics Progress Plan.
- Assist the director in various projects.
- Participate in organizing visits or special operations at partner sites.
- Facilitate routines with métiers.
- Contribute to the construction of logistics partner reports.
- Higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Continuous Improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, demonstrating organizational skills, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous and reactive with a strong sense of service.
- Strong inclination for flow optimization.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to work on multiple subjects simultaneously with various stakeholders.
- Strong affinity for IT tools and experience with an ERP.
- Knowledge of M3 is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
Higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Continuous Improvement.
Unlimited contract.
The position is based in Bobigny, with weekly travel expected to Orléans. Alternatively, it can be based in Orléans with weekly travel to Bobigny. The company is experiencing strong growth and focuses on optimizing flows, presenting numerous projects in the coming months and years.
