- Oversee the activity and performance of logistics partners, ensuring alignment with KPIs and current levels.
- Coordinate and monitor logistics flows.
- Act as a liaison and support between partners and various internal clients.
- Address inquiries from Hermès Commercial services and Supply Chain métiers.
- Daily monitor and analyze operational reports.
- Update delivery forecasts across the entire scope.
- Handle anomalies by directing them to appropriate internal contacts or resolving them directly.
- Provide regular activity reports to the director, including various management indicators.
- Optimize physical and IT flows through action plans and manage the Logistics Progress Plan.
- Assist the director in various projects.
- Organize visits or special operations at partner sites.
- Lead routine meetings with métiers.
- Contribute to the development of logistics partner reports.
- Higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Continuous Improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, demonstrating organizational skills, rigor, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Autonomy and reactivity with a strong service orientation.
- Proficiency in optimizing flows.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong affinity for IT tools and ERP experience.
- Knowledge of M3 is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or related fields, showcasing organizational prowess and interpersonal excellence.
Higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Continuous Improvement.
