2. Deploy the proposed roadmap while maintaining strong connections with field teams.
3. Structure performance management within an industrial framework using factual indicators and communication routines.
4. Create or evolve daily management processes.
5. Implement weekly reporting systems.
6. Establish regular and structured exchange points using short interval animation formats.
7. Clarify and structure operational processes by identifying input and output data and drafting associated documentation.
8. Plan medium to long-term actions through the creation and implementation of a progress plan.

1. Bachelor's degree +5, with a focus on production management/logistics or a Supply Chain pathway.

3. Creation and enhancement of operational management indicators

Experience in logistics or supply chain operations, particularly in performance management and continuous improvement processes.
