Hermès Logistics Manager

- Oversee and manage the logistics operations across production sites in Brügg and Le Noirmont, Switzerland.
- Coordinate the supply chain processes, ensuring efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of high-end watches.
- Collaborate with international subsidiaries to streamline logistics and optimize inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all logistics activities.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the logistics department.
- Proven experience in logistics management within the luxury fashion or watchmaking industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
