- Manage a forecast of preparation workload for the logistics provider.
- Adjust site needs to avoid exceeding logistics preparation capacity.
- Oversee and verify specific requests from production sites.
- Monitor daily order portfolios from preparation to delivery and alert on potential delays.
- Supervise truck saturation and manage the dispatch of remaining items at the best cost.
- Resolve interface anomalies between systems (WMS and ERP).
- Handle delivery anomalies of leather and follow up on regularizations.
- Optimize the distribution of certain materials.
- Ensure the availability of downgraded materials for training needs.
- Lead a regulatory transition project on metal stock management.
- Communicate with 60 sites to organize sorting of 250 references.
- Analyze results and implement necessary actions.
- Manage continuous improvement projects in the leather and textile domain.
- Engineering or business school education.
- Interest in operational and field work.
- Curious, rigorous, autonomous, with a sense of observation and initiative.
- Customer service orientation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP and/or WMS is a plus.
- Driver's license and car recommended.
