1. Manage a forecast of preparation workload for the logistics provider.
2. Adjust site needs to avoid exceeding logistics preparation capacity.
3. Oversee and verify specific requests from production sites.
4. Monitor daily order portfolios from preparation to delivery and alert on potential delays.
5. Supervise truck saturation and manage the dispatch of remaining items at the best cost.
6. Resolve interface anomalies between systems (WMS and ERP).
7. Handle delivery anomalies of leather and follow up on regularizations.
8. Optimize the distribution of certain materials.
9. Ensure the availability of downgraded materials for training needs.
10. Lead a regulatory transition project on metal stock management.
11. Communicate with 60 sites to organize sorting of 250 references.
12. Analyze results and implement necessary actions.
13. Manage continuous improvement projects in the leather and textile domain.

1. Engineering or business school education.
2. Interest in operational and field work.
3. Curious, rigorous, autonomous, with a sense of observation and initiative.
4. Customer service orientation.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
8. Knowledge of ERP and/or WMS is a plus.
9. Driver's license and car recommended.
