Hermès Logistics Flow Assistant Intern

- Manage the forecast of preparation workload for the logistics provider and adjust site demands as necessary to maintain logistical capacity.
- Oversee and verify specific requests from production sites, including manual entry of site needs.
- Monitor daily order portfolios from preparation to delivery and alert on potential delays.
- Supervise truck saturation with the logistics provider and manage the dispatch of remaining items at the best cost and time considering client constraints.
- Resolve interface anomalies between systems (WMS and ERP).
- Handle leather delivery anomalies and follow up on adjustments made by the provider after site claims.
- Optimize the distribution of certain materials through push flow management.
- Ensure the availability of downgraded materials for training purposes, including analysis, reclassification, and anticipation of shortages.
- Engineering or business school education.
- Interest in operational and field work.
- Curiosity, rigor, autonomy, observational skills, and initiative-taking.
- Customer service orientation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP and/or WMS systems is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in logistics and supply chain management is essential.
Pursuing or completed a degree in Engineering or Business.
