- Oversee the logistics provider's activities using various performance indicators.
- Ensure the smooth operation of upstream supply flows and stock alignment.
- Interact with different stakeholders in the upstream logistics chain.
- Address and resolve warehouse-related disputes, including stock discrepancies and operational issues.
- Conduct periodic or on-demand inventories and manage priority product reception.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts for sellable products.
- Organize and execute the supply of non-sellable items, including editions, promotional materials, administrative supplies, and packaging.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal warehouse capacity for managed references.
- Anticipate and communicate organizational changes with the logistics provider.
- Ensure compliance with logistics provider performance indicators, including e-commerce and store promise rates.
- Analyze inventory results, identify discrepancies, and align stocks.
- Manage documentation for international troubleshooting and ensure compliance with perfume destruction and supplier return flows.
- Handle ticketing related to stock alignment, packaging quality, and disputes among subsidiaries, logistics centers, and the provider.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Engineering (Bac +5).
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in managing logistics providers, preferably in a high-value product environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities
