Logistics Coordinator Intern

1. Manage material stock, including ordering and tracking leather and textile materials via ERP.
2. Oversee metal material stock, including ordering, receiving, and optimizing inventory.
3. Conduct inventory of materials present in the design office.
4. Create and integrate finished products into ERP.
5. Manage 360-degree product photography.
6. Track the flow of products, including prototypes and mock-ups.
7. Prepare mock-ups for design reviews.
8. Organize and maintain the archive space.
9. Improve and maintain the design office layout.
10. Manage the flow of parcels, finished products, and mock-ups.
11. Develop tools for managing design office indicators.
12. Automate activity report updates.
13. Improve and create reports for new material trials.

1. Master's level student, Bac+3 or higher
