Hermès Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

- Drive and optimize logistics operations to offer efficient services to customers including stores, e-commerce, and business partners.
- Manage contracts and performance of third-party logistics providers (3PLs) including local distribution centers, transportation, and customs brokers.
- Collaborate with retail, merchandising, e-commerce, and business partners on planning and deliveries.
- Lead local logistics projects and support group supply chain initiatives.
- Assist in designing and implementing local logistics strategy and managing logistics budgets.
- Monitor and improve logistics processes and service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and coordinate with customs brokers.
- Propose and implement improvement actions for logistics operations and sustainability initiatives.
- University graduate with at least 5 years of proven experience in logistics or operations management.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management and distribution.
- Strong operational and compliance focus.
- Organized, flexible, and reliable.
- Proficiency in IT systems including WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and spend management skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Professionalism under pressure.
- French language skills considered an asset.
At least 5 years of proven experience in logistics or operations management.
University graduate.
