Hermès Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

1. Drive and optimize logistics operations to offer efficient services to customers including stores, e-commerce, and business partners.
2. Manage contracts and performance of third-party logistics providers (3PLs) including local distribution centers, transportation, and customs brokers.
3. Collaborate with retail, merchandising, e-commerce, and business partners on planning and deliveries.
4. Lead local logistics projects and support group supply chain initiatives.
5. Assist in designing and implementing local logistics strategy and managing logistics budgets.
6. Monitor and improve logistics processes and service level agreements.
7. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and coordinate with customs brokers.
8. Propose and implement improvement actions for logistics operations and sustainability initiatives.

1. University graduate with at least 5 years of proven experience in logistics or operations management.

1. Excellent knowledge of warehouse management and distribution.
2. Strong operational and compliance focus.
3. Organized, flexible, and reliable.
4. Proficiency in IT systems including WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
5. Strong analytical and spend management skills.
6. Strong project management skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
9. Professionalism under pressure.
10. French language skills considered an asset.

At least 5 years of proven experience in logistics or operations management.

University graduate.
