Hermès Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

- Oversee the setup, management, and ongoing operations of a new Distribution Centre.
- Provide strategic leadership to the Supply Chain & Customer Care functions, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Ensure logistics and supply chain operations support omni-channel success and the development of new services.
- Manage contracts and performance of third-party logistics providers, including local distribution, transportation, and customs brokers.
- Coordinate with retail, merchandising, e-commerce, and business partners for planning and deliveries.
- Design and implement local logistics strategies and manage logistics budgets.
- Monitor and improve logistics processes, including import/export compliance and sustainability initiatives.
- University graduate with at least 5 years of managerial experience in logistics/operations.
- Proven expertise in warehouse management and distribution.
- Strong operational and compliance focus.
- Proficiency in IT systems including WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within logistics or operations is required.
University degree required.
