1. Oversee the setup, management, and ongoing operations of a new Distribution Centre.
2. Provide strategic leadership to the Supply Chain & Customer Care functions, focusing on continuous improvement.
3. Ensure logistics and supply chain operations support omni-channel success and the development of new services.
4. Manage contracts and performance of third-party logistics providers, including local distribution, transportation, and customs brokers.
5. Coordinate with retail, merchandising, e-commerce, and business partners for planning and deliveries.
6. Design and implement local logistics strategies and manage logistics budgets.
7. Monitor and improve logistics processes, including import/export compliance and sustainability initiatives.

1. University graduate with at least 5 years of managerial experience in logistics/operations.
2. Proven expertise in warehouse management and distribution.

1. Strong operational and compliance focus.
2. Proficiency in IT systems including WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
4. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Fluency in French is an asset.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within logistics or operations is required.

University degree required.
