Hermès Live Arts Project Coordinator

- Assist in the conception of internal and external events to support Hermès' communication actions, focusing on live arts such as music, dance, theater, and performance.
- Coordinate the logistical and administrative aspects of artistic projects, including scheduling, travel arrangements, visa management, and international tours.
- Ensure the smooth execution of events by managing artist hospitality, logistics, catering, and adherence to schedules.
- Regularly update event calendars and consolidate artist databases.
- Archive key elements of events, including retrospectives, contacts, and photographs.
- Manage show reservations and associated calendars, including billing and seat allocation.
- Oversee press subscriptions for the Live Arts department.
- Participate in talent scouting discussions.
- Familiarity with French and international cultural networks and experience in the performing arts sector.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Practicality and versatility in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
