1. Assist in the analysis and drafting of contracts in both English and French, focusing on intellectual property matters such as rights transfer agreements and trademark coexistence agreements.
2. Support the validation of new projects or products, including prior art searches on names and competitive intelligence.
3. Aid in the monitoring and defense of intellectual property rights, particularly in opposition proceedings.
4. Conduct legal research and monitoring in the field of intellectual property.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Law or a related field.
2. Proficiency in both English and French.

2. Excellent communication abilities in both English and French.
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Familiarity with intellectual property law.

No prior professional experience is required, though any exposure to intellectual property law would be advantageous.
