1. Lead and manage leather goods customization projects from inception to completion.
2. Collaborate with artisans to ensure the highest quality of personalized products.
3. Coordinate with various departments to align project goals with business objectives.
4. Oversee the selection of authentic materials for customization projects.
5. Ensure timely delivery of customized products to clients.
