- Inspect leather hides to identify defects, grain direction, and structure.
- Perform placement and tracing operations to ensure quality, color harmony, and material optimization.
- Execute all cutting operations required for leather products using digital, mechanical, and manual methods.
- Conduct preparation and assembly operations, including splitting, skiving, gluing, assembling, precise cutting, and self-inspection.
- Perform first-level machine maintenance and weekly upkeep of cutting and preparation equipment.
- Adhere to ergonomic and safety standards, rules, and processes in daily activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of leather types and industry-specific machinery, both digital and mechanical.
- Methodical and meticulous approach to tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Team-oriented with a keen sense of detail and service.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to solve technical challenges.
A minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar role is required, with a deep understanding of leather types and industry-specific machinery.
