1. Inspect leather hides to identify defects, grain direction, and structure.
2. Perform placement and tracing operations to ensure quality, color harmony, and material optimization.
3. Execute all cutting operations required for leather products using digital, mechanical, and manual methods.
4. Conduct preparation and assembly operations, including splitting, skiving, gluing, assembling, precise cutting, and self-inspection.
5. Perform first-level machine maintenance and weekly upkeep of cutting and preparation equipment.
6. Adhere to ergonomic and safety standards, rules, and processes in daily activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar role.
2. Extensive knowledge of leather types and industry-specific machinery, both digital and mechanical.
