4. Contribute to the production process from conception to final product.
5. Maintain the integrity of Hermès' artisanal standards and aesthetic values.

1. Diploma in Leatherworking or related field.
2. Passion for craftsmanship and luxury goods.
3. Commitment to learning and mastering artisanal techniques.

No prior professional experience required, but a background in leatherworking or related crafts is preferred.
