- Proven experience in people analytics or a related field within a large organization.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and statistical modeling.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Extensive experience in people analytics or a related field, preferably within a large organization.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
