Hermès Collaborative Platform Project Assistant Intern

- Support the IT department in establishing a knowledge base using SharePoint.
- Familiarize with SharePoint and existing documentation structures.
- Assess and optimize the organization of documentation, including classification plans, metadata, and document typologies.
- Develop usage guidelines and harmonize vocabulary for clarity and accessibility.
- Assist team members in migrating documents, particularly related to an ERP migration project.
- Facilitate skill development and identify key users for SharePoint and best practices.
- Lead project management efforts, including dashboard creation and progress meetings with IT leaders.
- Contribute to content creation for the IT site, focusing on transversal themes, onboarding, and template creation.
- Evaluate the implementation of SharePoint to develop a service offering for deploying collaborative document-sharing spaces to other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in information management, digital documentation, engineering, or business/management, with a minimum level of BAC +4.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and collaborative tools, with a strong interest in IT tools, particularly SharePoint.
- Understanding of corporate environments and IT organizations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate change management.
- Interest in IT tools and user education, crucial for this internship.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and adaptability to engage with diverse IT service stakeholders.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, with an emphasis on creating engaging and educational content.
No prior experience required, but an interest in IT tools and user engagement is essential.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, minimum BAC +4.
