- Support the IT department in establishing a knowledge base using SharePoint.
- Familiarize with SharePoint and existing documentation.
- Verify the organization of documentation, including classification plans, metadata, document types, and glossaries.
- Formalize usage rules and harmonize vocabulary and best practices.
- Assist team members in migrating documents related to an ERP migration project.
- Develop dashboards for monitoring the knowledge base usage and co-host progress meetings with IT managers.
- Contribute to content creation for the IT site, including onboarding materials, service presentations, and templates.
- Evaluate the implementation of SharePoint within the IT department to structure a service offering for deploying collaborative document-sharing spaces to other departments.
- Education in information management, digital documentation, engineering, or business/management school, minimum BAC + 4 level.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and collaborative tools, document management, and digital documentation.
- Interest in IT tools, specifically SharePoint.
- Understanding of corporate environments and IT organizations is appreciated.
- Communication skills and ability to support change.
- Interest in IT tools and user training.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and adaptability.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, organization, and writing ability.
No specific experience required, but an interest in IT tools and environments is essential.
Minimum BAC + 4 level in information management, digital documentation, engineering, or business/management.
