- Ensure efficient supply chain management by monitoring daily restocking processes from product invoicing to store delivery via the logistics center.
- Identify and resolve supply chain blockages in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Coordinate with local logistics teams to address delivery delays.
- Prevent dormant stock in all store inventories and collaborate with store stock managers to anticipate overstock and stockout situations.
- Provide ad hoc analyses for specific needs.
- Participate in updating and setting minimum and maximum stock levels for new and ongoing collections across all product categories.
- Contribute to the permanent stock offer process and calculate optimal stock levels for submission to the retail supply planner manager.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive KPIs to track stock evolution across central, local, and store levels, with a focus on exceptional pieces.
- Update the dashboard for permanent stock items and ensure the reliability of all indicators.
- Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or in Supply Chain Management.
- Proven initial experience in a role such as Business Analyst or Business Planner.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of macro/VBA is advantageous.
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Agility and responsiveness in a dynamic and demanding environment.
A successful initial experience in a similar role, such as Business Analyst or Business Planner, is required.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
