Hermès Junior Product Manager - Fine Jewelry

- Participate in the development of new fine jewelry collections, collaborating with the creative studio, development, and gemstone departments.
- Update collection documents including collection plans, creative meeting boards, management files, and supplementary presentations.
- Contribute to pricing strategy recommendations for new products.
- Analyze the performance of product lines and manage their lifecycle, interfacing with other departments on catalog management, annual price increases, and more.
- Develop and enhance analytical and presentation tools for the fine jewelry range.
- Create internal and external collection tools such as product sheets, savoir-faire content, collection films, cases, and catalogs.
- Coordinate fine jewelry topics within the broader collection, ensuring alignment with other product segments and managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct monthly analyses of the product offering and sales, providing qualitative and quantitative reports with recommendations for future seasons.
- Oversee stock management and availability of pieces and prototypes for meetings, and coordinate loans for communication, press, and client experience purposes.
- Maintain awareness of jewelry trends across all sectors, actively monitoring new launches, collaborations, and influencers globally.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in business, political science, or a related field.
- Significant experience in collection/marketing, gained through internships or initial employment.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and product sensitivity.
- Creativity and proactive initiative-taking.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Experience in collection or marketing, particularly in the jewelry sector, is highly valued.
Master's degree in business, political science, or a related field.
