1. Manage short-term production schedules for 1 to 2 sites, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts.
2. Maintain a comprehensive load horizon and ensure adherence to planning processes and tools, including ERP and APS systems.
3. Monitor and optimize site performance at both resource and SKU levels.
4. Prioritize production based on macro-planner insights.
5. Serve as the central liaison with supply, materials, and technical teams, representing site interests.
6. Track and report weekly and monthly performance indicators to ensure production plan execution.
7. Oversee the A La Carte (custom orders) flow, suggesting improvements and managing approximately 10,000 orders annually.
8. Alert relevant parties to orders that are delayed and conduct progress meetings with leather goods teams.
9. Act as the primary contact for special requests, including boutique openings, retail events, and VIP prioritizations.
10. Facilitate communication on past events to provide feedback to sites, acting as a retail liaison.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
2. 0 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
3. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
5. Curious, proactive, and adaptable.

4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
