Hermès Junior Planner

- Manage short-term production schedules for 1 to 2 sites, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts.
- Maintain a comprehensive load horizon and ensure adherence to planning processes and tools, including ERP and APS systems.
- Monitor and optimize site performance at both resource and SKU levels.
- Prioritize production based on macro-planner insights.
- Serve as the central liaison with supply, materials, and technical teams, representing site interests.
- Track and report weekly and monthly performance indicators to ensure production plan execution.
- Oversee the A La Carte (custom orders) flow, suggesting improvements and managing approximately 10,000 orders annually.
- Alert relevant parties to orders that are delayed and conduct progress meetings with leather goods teams.
- Act as the primary contact for special requests, including boutique openings, retail events, and VIP prioritizations.
- Facilitate communication on past events to provide feedback to sites, acting as a retail liaison.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
0 to 2 years of experience in supply chain or production planning.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
