- Conduct iconographic and vintage research to propose innovative and bold creative themes while adhering to the brand's ethos.
- Create sketches and graphic visuals as per requests and development schedules, suggesting new forms, details, and finishes in line with the artistic director's vision.
- Participate in prototype launches with product managers, collaborating with senior stylists to create precise technical sketches and full-scale models for accurate transmission to pattern makers.
- Prepare fittings by updating collection boards, organizing samples, verifying prototype conformity, and assisting in room preparation.
- Attend technical fittings with the Head Designer and brief development teams on model evolutions based on artistic direction feedback.
- Manage post-fitting follow-ups, including piece returns, drawing updates, board revisions, and data consolidation.
- Produce technical sketches on Illustrator for sales books and production.
- Assist in fashion show preparations.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a stylist or assistant stylist, preferably in men's fashion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to interpret styles with keen observation and curiosity
- Alignment with the brand's values and collaborative work spirit
- Dynamic, meticulous, precise, and clear in communication
At least 2 years of experience in a stylist or assistant stylist role within the fashion industry, preferably in menswear.
Degree from a fashion/design/pattern-making school.
