1. Disseminate job postings on employment sites and partner schools.
2. Conduct CV screening and preliminary phone interviews.
3. Assist in candidate sourcing through direct approaches.
4. Participate in organizing interviews and recruitment sessions.
5. Serve as a liaison between candidates, Talent Acquisition Managers, and hiring managers.
6. Manage the administrative aspects of various recruitment processes.
7. Contribute to team projects, including school relations events and HRIS initiatives.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC + 5) with prior internship experience in HR or recruitment.
2. Passionate about recruitment and thriving in a team-oriented, excellence-driven environment.
3. Open-minded, attentive, intuitive, action-oriented, curious, and well-informed about the world.

1. Proficient in digital tools and professional social networks such as LinkedIn.
2. Fluent in English, with the ability to use it during various recruitment phases.
3. Comfortable with IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is required.

Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC + 5).
