Hermès Junior Financial Controller

- Develop and analyze financial performance indicators to support budgetary objectives.
- Enhance analytical tools for real-time business activity monitoring, focusing on sales, stock management, and operational expenses.
- Contribute to the redesign or creation of reporting processes specific to the division.
- Independently manage sales data processing and reporting to the Group, acting as a direct liaison with teams.
- Optimize and prepare files for revenue allocation and input data under the supervision of the Financial Control Manager.
- Regularly coordinate with teams to track and finalize year-end results.
- Collaborate on the development of performance indicators and activity management tools.
- Optimize existing expense and investment files for monthly tracking.
- Participate in preparatory work for financial closures and budget estimations.
- Oversee inventory processes, including documentation and reporting, in collaboration with business teams.
- Support the Financial Control Manager in margin management and variance tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (equivalent to Bac +5).
- Previous experience in financial control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and BI tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
Candidates should have prior experience in financial control, demonstrating a capacity for independent work and initiative.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (Bac +5 equivalent).
