- Support the management of the purchasing portfolio, including tariff database management and invoice discrepancy analysis.
- Consolidate technical, quality, volume, and sustainability needs.
- Organize supplier meetings and conduct negotiations with the lead buyer.
- Oversee the risk analysis process for new suppliers, gathering information and formalizing risk assessments.
- Publish indicators on new supplier risk analysis.
- Implement tools for clear and regular information dissemination to buyers for portfolio management.
- Assist the lead buyer in defining project specifications.
- Launch data update campaigns with suppliers.
- Establish an archiving and information visualization tool with BI support.
- Disseminate information to stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program with a specialization in Purchasing, in an apprenticeship format.
- Proficiency in office and IT tools, including Excel (Pivot Tables), BI, and information systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomy and initiative.

- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with various internal stakeholders (logistics, supply chain, quality, sites, etc.).
No specific prior experience required, but relevant academic background in purchasing is essential.
Currently pursuing higher education in a related field.
